BASKETBALL PROGRAMS

These packages are 8 week performance packages designed to increase different areas of your athletic abilities as a basketball player. Each program is designed to be completed with little to no equipment so gym access isn’t necessary. These packages come with access to our training portal. You can follow your workouts on the Athlete Health First Mobile App. This will allow you log and track workouts, and provide access to video demonstrations to demonstrate exercise movements. 

This three phase progression is designed to make the athlete as powerful as possible. These progressions will focus on a stable foundation where as much force as possible can be generated to produce powerful movements. After this 8 week package the athlete will feel in peak shape to be explosive on the basketball court. This package is designed to complete workouts 4 days per week. This package includes a free basketball specific corrective exercise routine to reduce risk of injury and to increase mobility for better performance.  The corrective routine is designed to be completed every day and will take 10 minutes.

This is a three phase progression that will increase the athletes ability to jump higher. This package uses reactive, plyometric, circuit based training that readily progresses over time to increase vertical jump over the 8 week period. This Overtime Conditioning Package is just what it sounds, it’s designed to keep basketball athletes running full speed going into overtime when you’re needed the most.  This is a 2 phase progression over the 8 week period, and is circuit based training to keep the heart rate up for the duration of the workout.
